ALP ALP ALP

ALPThe Adult Learning Project runs a programme of community learning courses in
Women's Studies Literacies
The Arts Community Development
Culture, Politics & Community

ALP was set up in 1979. The project believes that education should be a social experience and tries to involve its participants in the broad life of the project. Much of its learning methods are influenced by the work of Paulo Freire.

ALP is committed to making its programme accessible to all. The only qualification needed is a desire to learn.
Where possible we will provide childcare, use accessible premises, produce materials in accessible formats, and keep any costs to a minimum. If you are unable to come to ALP for any reason contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
