The reception area near the entrance contains the Tollcross Community Centre and the Adult Learning Project office. Room 3 is the office for The Welcoming project and various women's development projects.

The usual opening hours are 9am – 9pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 9.30pm on Friday. The gym and dinning room, which are located in the primary school area, are available after 6pm.
